“I had a great experience at White Wisteria. It was easy to book an appointment online. Becca did a great job making me and my mom and sister feel welcome and important during our appointment. She listened to my requests and feedback and found a lot of great dresses for me to try on. She was very patient and helpful with all of my questions, and even though I didn't come in with any specific vision for my dress, she helped me figure out what I wanted. I was very interested in one dress during the appointment, but I couldn't commit to it yet so they set it aside in case I wanted to come back later that day to try it on again. Of course, I came back later and tried it on again, and I decided to buy it. In a stroke of good luck, the dress was available off the rack at a discount, and it was in my exact size and in perfect condition! As a plus sized bride (shopping at a store that is not exclusively plus size dresses), I really was not expecting to have such a great experience. Becca made sure we got the best deal on the dress, gave me some good advice on timing for my alterations as well as all the rest of our wedding wardrobe needs, and took cute photos of me and my mom and sister to celebrate choosing the dress. I came in without an appointment, a little teary-eyed and upset after a really discouraging visit at another bridal shop—and already feeling emotional about dress shopping without my mother. I asked if walk-ins were okay, and Cat immediately noticed I was upset. She was so kind and warm, even asking if she could give me a hug, which meant more than I can express.
She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and supported. Cat stayed late to help me try on dresses and completely turned my day around. I ended up finding a few dresses I truly loved and felt beautiful in, which was such a relief and joy after a rough start.
