Wedding Dress Tips!
We want your shopping experience to be the best possible. Here are some tips so on your shopping day, you have the experience you deserve!
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are not necessary but are recommended so that we can reserve a fitting room and consultant to give you the best service. Saturday and Sunday are our busiest days, so If you plan on shopping on the weekend, book ahead to help ensure you get the appointment time you want!
When should I start shopping?
A wedding dress can take up to 6 months to arrive. You should also allow time for alterations, so it’s a good idea to start looking 9 months to a year prior to your wedding.
What if my wedding is sooner than 6 months?
Don’t worry! We have a large selection of sample wedding dresses that you can take home today!
How can I prepare for my appointment?
Take some time to look through websites and magazines to get an idea of what styles and details you prefer. This will help our consultants guide you through our store and help you make your selections. However, don’t be afraid to try on a different silhouette than you expected and keep an open mind! Many of our brides have unexpectedly ended up falling in love with a wedding dress they didn’t originally think they would like! Also, if you have a specific wedding dress or designer you would like to see, let your consultant know so we can see if we carry it!
We recommend limiting your party to a small team who will be supportive and whose opinion you value the most. With large entourages it can be hard to remember your own opinion with so many others in the mix!
And remember...
