*Important information regarding the
temporary closure of our boutique.*
Effective March 23rd through April 6th, our boutique will be closed in compliance with the state-mandated “Stay at Home” order. We are heartbroken over this closure, however the health and safety of our staff, their families, and our customers is and always has been our highest priority. The team here at White Wisteria appreciates your patience during this adjustment, and our hearts go out to the brides who are feeling the impact of this in their wedding planning. We have included the following information to help with some potential questions or uncertainties.
Brides with appointments or looking to come in and shop:
We will be contacting all of the brides that already have appointments scheduled with us during this closure and will work with them to reschedule. Brides who do not yet have an appointment may still schedule one on our website for dates after April 6th.
Brides with items awaiting pick up:
We will be working with brides wishing to pick up their merchandise via curbside pick up. Balances due must be paid prior to the curbside pick up by phone payment.
Brides with items still on order:
Our designers are still shipping orders out and we will continue to receive them! We are in constant contact with our designers to maintain the expected timeframes. If we are informed of any delays, we will communicate them to the bride directly.
Brides with postponed weddings:
Please let us know if your wedding date changes, as we wish to stay informed and better assist you during these stressful times!
